Many people search for information using internet technology, they find many information heavily on search engines like google, yahoo, bing, ask, and many more. However, many of results from that search engines are not focused and so vast, so it can make them confused which website that they will read or open.
Therefore, ingenuity and skills on how to use search engine is necessary. In this part, I will show you how to use search engine for searching information over the Internet.

Google Tips and Trick: What things that you can do?
1.       Just say what you need on Google Voice
Talk instead of type to get what you want. Ask follow-up questions too
2.       Find things around you
      Discover great restaurants, cool things to do, and the best ways to get there.

       Set reminders, send texts and emails, make calls, and more.

      Stay a step ahead with updates about traffic for your commute, news, birthdays, scores and more.

Google search operators
  • You can use symbols or words in your search to make your search results more precise.
  • Common search techniques:

·         Search social media
Put @ in front of a word to search social media. For example: @twitter.
·         Search for a price
Put $ in front of a number. For example: camera $400.
·         Search hashtags              
Put # in front of a word. For example: #throwbackthursday
·         Exclude words from your search
Put - in front of a word you want to leave out. For example, jaguar speed-car
·         Search for an exact match
Put a word or phrase inside quotes. For example, "tallest building".
·         Search for wildcards or unknown words
Put a * in your word or phrase where you want to leave a placeholder. For example, "largest * in the world".
·         Search within a range of numbers
Put .. between two numbers. For example, camera $50..$100.
·         Combine searches
Put "OR" between each search query. For example,  marathon OR race.
·         Search for a specific site
Put "site:" in front of a site or domain. For example, site:youtube.com or site:.gov.
